The use of the Tamkeen Recruitment website and all paid recruitment services offered by the company is subject to the following terms and conditions. The client’s use of the website or request for the service constitutes express and final acceptance of these terms and conditions:

Tamkeen Recruitment provides paid recruitment services, including but not limited to, candidate sourcing, CV screening and analysis, interview coordination and management, and providing consultations and support related to the recruitment process.

The client is obligated to pay the full agreed-upon fees in advance according to the specified payment mechanism, whether before the commencement of the service or according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.

The company will not begin implementing any service until confirmation of receipt of the due payment is received, and no obligation arises before such confirmation.

The client understands that the results of the recruitment services depend on multiple factors beyond the company’s control. Therefore, Tamkeen Recruitment does not guarantee the completion of final employment or the acceptance of the candidate by any party.

The client is obligated to provide the company with all information, data, and job requirements accurately and completely, and bears full legal responsibility for any incorrect or misleading information.

Tamkeen Recruitment reserves the right to suspend or terminate service provision without liability in the event of service misuse, provision of false information, or violation of applicable regulations.

All fees paid or agreed upon are final and non-transferable to any third party unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
