Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the following policies:
All fees paid for recruitment services are final and non-refundable once the service has commenced.
If the client requests cancellation of the service before its commencement, they are entitled to a refund within a maximum of three (3) business days from the date of payment.
Refunds do not include any services that have been fully or partially completed, including, but not limited to, CV screening or contacting candidates.
If the service cannot be provided for reasons solely attributable to Tamkeen Recruitment, the payment will be refunded in full or in part as agreed upon in writing.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method and within a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with established procedures.
